  After years of myself and friends buying rims and tyres through Wheeltech, when my wheels were damaged earlier this year in an accident, I called and as requested, sent photos through to get a quote. After countless calls and excuses as to why I hadn't got a reply yet, I gave up. If you didn't want the business you could simply have said so and saved us both the time and effort.
  
  In the last few months I've had mates do business with them too.
  One took a dim to be repaired, after a month of them having the rim and being given the run around, he got fed up of waiting and went to pick it up - no work had been done is what I was told.
  Another friend wanted rims for his car and was told he would have "no problem" in terms of fitting to his car. They stuck out of the guards by a good few cms or so, before tyres were fitted.
  Another friend is waiting on a refund on faulty federal tyres (wheeltech agreed they were stuffed) from a good year or two ago. They don't seem to care as he paid for new tyres up front, as he obviously needed tyres at the time.
  
  To me, if a business claims they can do work or does work and screws it up, they deserve the bad reviews they get. Hopefully wheeltech lifts their game. If not they should probably stop screwing customers around and do the car scene a favour and close up shop. It's harsh, but as paying customers we deserve a lot better than this sort of crap.
  It's a real shame that wheeltech is just about the only place that supplies rota rims, a shame for rota.
  I've spoken to other businesses and they sympathise with my attitude of trying to stay well clear of wheeltech.
  
  If my review makes even one potential customer take their business elsewhere then I've done a great public service.
