Clean, cosy WARM massage rooms, friendly, sweet, accommodating staff, and a great price. I had Wendy and she was amazing, even worked a little longer than my allocated session time. I had a frozen schoulder and they fixed it. Highly recommend them guys.

Arrived, then the lady at the front said she can't massage me as she has another client? She called them to confirm how far away they were and they were 5mins away? She then advised that if I wait for 30mins she can then do my massage (which I can't on my work break). Not sure how my 20min massage was somehow booked only for 10mins? I just said it is what it is, and I'll have to book another day. Fully intending on rebooking. She then told me as I left "next time be on time". I couldn't believe what I heard, shook my head and just said I won't be coming back. Disappointing as I use massage fortnightly, and wanted one close by to work. Just because there is someone else waiting. Once you paid, the customer service goes out the window. Her dog has more discipline than her. Pathetic
