  Been here to the Narre Warren srore several times and always had great service but the latest visit was woeful to say the least. Purchased a fridge that needed to be ordered and on checking receipt noticed it was the wrong model, had to go back in and get that changed. Got told someone would call and arrange delivery when our order arrived...nope we had to call them and arrange everything. After installation of the fridge was complete the salesman called and said the fridge had only just arrived and he hadnt had time to call. Really bad service from this guy, the fridge had been there for 3 days. Will seriously consider going elsewhere in future.

  We have always first compared price or visited harvey norman factory outlet before buying for the home as usually it comes in best for quality but defiantly pricing. Today we purchaced an AEG Oven & Cooktop and also a Dishwasher. We were served by John Radu who was very genuine and helpful and had extensive knowledge of the products available. We didn't feel harrassed nor undeserved in purchasing the better quality products that we brought...Thanks again *John !* And thanks Harvey Norman. 5 Stars
