  Just as bad as any Court in this country's adaptation of Westminster System.
  
  Laborious practice and procedures and ridiculous legal costs that have been legalized by self-righteous lawyers themselves, has made Justice available only to the rich. literally!
  
  What makes the Federal Circuit Court in Sydney an absolute farce is the appointment of a Clown as a judge by that useless neoconservative George Brandis. Doing a favor to the family of Alexander Street to save them from the embarrassment of having such Aloof Halfwit of a son.
  
  This Clown destroyed my case of 4 years, immediately after being given my case when the presiding respectable and Honorable Judge retired.
  
  Alexander Street did what he is kept for, by the Chief Judge, to dismiss so many cases that are by self-represented litigants.
  
  The Chief Judge should hang his head in shame for keeping this Clown as a judge.
  
  They both bring disgrace to the Federal Circuit Court as whole.

  They call me from wollongong for legal advice. Once got there no advice was given but that it was conflict of interest.
  No respect for children, no family values, poor country au.

  Federal Circuit court after Nicole wyrzykowski admitted to mediation lawyer that our son of 2 years old she had him living with 2 child ABUSERS family court said its ok. And now find out he undergoing sleep testing because he ain't sleeping court are shyte

  My Case have been within the court system for over 5 years. The judge presiding my case? He only has less than 3 years experience on the bench. My last barrister and the barrister before that, all got promoted to being judges.. Do we not see an issue in this? After 2 million in legal fees for all parties, we are still no where close to closing the case. How much will it be to see the end of this case? The cost notice says another 2.5m to see the end.
  
  I spend $50,000 preparing an affidavit, the judge still hasn't read it. I spend another $80,000 preparing responses to financial affairs, he hasn't read that either. So what exactly are they being paid for?
  
  In all honesty, it's a simple divorce property settlement case. Make a decision, split the cake!

  Not the place anyone wants to be, but being honest regardless of outcomes etc, the staff are very helpful, well organised and what one would expect from a Court.
  Helpful hints: Don't take spray cans (deodorant etc), perfume bottles or anything that may be considered sharp or a weapon such as oddly shaped keyring, corkscrews, metal nail files etc. Also no glass items.
  Be prepared in some instances for a long day and if filing documents, inspecting files or enquiring, check times as they close for lunch. Photocopier is available if copies of file are required at $0.20 per page.
