    Fantastic customer service from Marnie. The new shop looks AWESOME and she is really helpful and patient to understand and find exactly what you're after.

    Highly recommended dealing with her and the company........and I'm a sales manager myself.

    Got a quote for an adjustable queen bed with mattress. Returned the following day to discover that the mattress was not compatible for the base and the price was $700 more than the $2,600 that was quoted the day before. Dreadful service, will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Sales people need to have some basic knowledge of the product that they are selling. The manager actually threw the business card with the quote on the floor. Considering this store is in a strip of bedding stores I hope that they pick up their act or they will not last.
