  Ellese and her team provide an exceptional service in the most difficult of circumstances. Farewelling someone you love is never an easy task but with Ellese and her team there to guide and support us every step of the way it became a memorable and heartfelt celebration of our Mum's life that was true to her.
  Ellese and her team were always patient and made sure that all the tiny details were perfect. Ellese was able to effortlessly attend to, and assist with the more practical side of organising a funeral such as, arranging care for our Mum after she passed, embalming, paper-work, liaising with venues and celebrants and organising burial/cremation.
  Templeton family funerals provide genuine support and care and we will be forever thankful for giving us the chance to say a meaningful goodbye and celebrate our Mum's life with joy, uniqueness, and welcome and supported sorrow.

  The Templeton Family funerals were absolutely wonderful and affordable. The professionalism, compassion, sympathy, understanding, patience and kindness offered to our family during our time of grief on the passing of our beloved Mother was first-rate. Lynne could not have been more helpful. She was pleasant to deal with and sensitive to our personal needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Templeton Family Funerals to other families in Melbourne.

  Hayley was personable, professional and compassionate. From our first phone conversation Hayley was helpful and a calm presence, sending through a quote and questions for my brother and I to think about for when we all sat down together to plan my Mum's funeral. As our funeral director Hayley made the process effortless and even pleasurable. My requests for my Mum's presentation and my private viewing were met without question.
  Templeton delivered a beautiful funeral including the casket, flowers, as well as, Hayley's presentation and treatment of our guests, and the way she was so respectful towards my Mum. The service also went off without a glitch, with the music selected and video of photos played on cue. One of my aunts made the comment that my Mum would have been so proud of the service. Our heartfelt thanks to Hayley and the Templeton family for an outstanding effort.

  From the first meeting with Hayley, I knew this was to be the funeral director we would use for my mother in law. Having worked in the funeral industry for many years, I knew what to expect from staff at a funeral home. Templeton Family Funerals far exceeded my expectations. Flexible, professional, affordable are words I would use to describe this funeral home. On the day of the service my niece expressed to me that she had heartfelt support when attending the viewing. Well done to all the staff for providing an execeptional service. I would not hesitate in recommending Templeton Family Funerals to my friends and family
