  Absolutely terrible service, ordered a few items 3 weeks ago now for my nephews birthday which were all listed as "in stock" only for the order to sit around not processed for weeks. When contacted, blamed the warehouse team and was told there appears to be minor delays. Then in there next email response admitted that they didn't have one of the items in stock. 3 weeks down the track and still no items. They have been posted now thankfully but still not arrived. Ordered from this shop thinking it would be quick postage because it's only 18km from my house, oh how I was wrong!
  Items said in stock and no mention of handling time whatsoever. If you know there are delays and handling time, make it clear to your customers!
  Will definitely not be buying from you again and will continue to spread the bad word.
  Quicker and easier to purchase items overseas than it is from a shop 15 minutes from home. Very very bad business. Would give you no stars if it was an option

  Being a collector is expensive, and you tend to put a lot of trust into stores and people you've never met in order to achieve your end goal. When you have stores like Ozzie, you know you have a reliable ally in your corner. The prices are very competitive, the selection is up to date. Everything you buy online is delivered to your door with plenty of updates along the way. I'll be an Ozzie customer for life if they keep this up. Highly recommended.

  Ozzie Collectables is fantastic. This is my first transaction and will definitely not be my last. I am in the US and I missed a Funko Pop! release over here and Ozzie Collectables had it in stock with very reasonable shipping to the US. The package took a while to arrive but that was expected. Pop! was packaged perfectly in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap. It came in mint condition all the way from Australia while a Pop! I received on the same day which was shipped within the US came destroyed. I am very impressed and will definitely be shopping with Ozzie Collectables again.

  Great experience purchasing from Oz Collectables. The Perks of the loyalty program is amazing! Collecting points towards discounts on orders makes it all much more fun and convenient. I loved receiving updates on the status of my order and the delivery was fast and efficient. My order was carefully packed and the best quality. No problem at all. Highly recommended.

  Ozzie Collectables is awesome. This is my first transaction and I was definitely impressed. But very pleased with my items I purchased. This is definitely not going to be my last order. Im in the US and my daughter didn’t have a few POPS and Ozzie had in stock. I was a little hesitant at first Because they were coming from Australia. All pops came in mint condition with protectors. Pops was packaged perfectly in a sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap all the way from Australia. If your looking for pops Ozzie Collectables has decent prices. Pops might take a little longer but it’s worth the wait.
