- Ali Moini Added February 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lift and load booked a pickup time with me. I was given a 2 hour window to be home. Which is fine. After the 2 hours had passed I got an SMS saying they were 30 min late due to traffic conditions. This was fine as well.
15 minutes later I get a phone call from their delivery guy advising they wouldn't be coming as they picked up too much stuff from precious job. Delivery man only offered apology and no solution to our dilemma. I told our stuff had to go today and he shouldn't have picked up too much stuff that he wouldn't be able to do his next confirmed appointment.
I've called head office, no answer. I've taken 3+ hours off work to be home and my item is not being picked up.
Can not warn you enough to stay away from this unorganised service!
