  Now 1 star because of the self checkout system as I seen the hidden camera which is not fair and no signage to let customers know your being filmed apon checkout... going elsewhere... if I had known I would not come in due to a intervention order that's still in place as I'm the victim in that matter

  This Coles is comes in handy, specially After you do your fruits and veggies shopping, then you just drop by to finalize your General groceries shopping.

  No drivable trolleys! I go in to enjoy my shopping and end up struggling to make my trolley go straight and all pleasure is gone! Something so easy to fix but they do not care. They should show some respect! Those trolleys are disgusting.

  Its a large Coles, entrance from outside or inside plaza during plaza open Hours. Closes early at 10pm. Go to the Coles on Princess hwy after 10pm, it closes at midnight instead.

  ONE STAR is being generous. Apart from the beggars out the front, My wife and I were appalled by the service in the store! Is it part of your new policy for your staff members to ask in a rude manner if we have "our own bags?". and if our response is no they reply with a " you better bring one next time!!"
  The older asian gentleman she spoke to in front of me looked so belittled I was in shock.
  This is the type of service I and several other customers witnessed today at Coles Dandenong on Princess highway. The lady at the check out was extrememely rude and when I asked her if the new bag policy had been introduced she said "no but its better people start knowing now".
  If would have been a nice way to remind people if she wasn't so rude to ALL the customers. Please retrain your staff on customer service and manners, especially some of your older (blonde lady) staff members.
